Assamese Gamocha Makes it to Guinness Book of World Record

Assamese Traditional Gamocha put the states name in the Guinness Book of World Record. Abhijit Baruah, who had earlier created two records, took the initiative to create the 1455.3 meter long Gamocha with the support of ten weavers and the entire thing weighs around 138 kg. Baruah broke the previous record held by J Mammato from Indonesia for a 110 meter long hand-woven sheet.

How to Create Photo Slideshow Video on Youtube

Now you can upload your images to create slideshow directly on YouTube. Now you have no need extra software like Window Movie Maker and don't need to spend more time to create slideshow before uploading to YouTube. There are many features like background music, slide duration, slide effects, transition etc. Just follow the following steps to create your own slideshow on YouTube.

  1. To create a slideshow on YouTube you must have a YouTube account. If you have don’t create it first. You can create it here. Then login to your YouTube account (your gmail account is working as YouTube account).
  2. Click on Upload Button.

  3. Now click on Create button under the Photo slideshow from the right side menu.

  4. A pop up window will appear. From this pop up window, select your photos for slideshow. You can either choose photos from your Picasa Web album if you have already or can upload new photos from your compure etc.. You can select multiple photos by click one by one on the images and they will got selected.

  5. After choosing photos for your slideshow, simply click on select button (if you need you can add more photos later).
  6. Now your photos will be import and ready for slideshow. Click on next button. From this page you can add more photos by clicking Add more photos buttons otherwise click on next button for next step.

  7. On the next page you will see various options that can use to edit your slideshow.
  8. You can add background music, add slide effect, change slideshow duration, transition etc.. There are more advanced settings in advanced editor. After you done with all the settings click on Upload button.

  9. Now Enter your slideshow title, tags, description and choose category for your slideshow.

  10. You are done with your slideshow video on YouTube.

How to Create a Bootable Windows XP SP1, SP2 etc. CD With the Help of Nero

Just follow the following steps to create a bootable Windows XP disk.
Step 1
First Create three folders and rename them like WINXPSP1, SP1106 & XPBOOT i.e. C:\WINXPSP1, C:\SP1106 & C:\XPBOOT.

Step 2
Now copy the entire Windows XP CD (all files and folder) into folder C:\WINXPSP1.

Step 3
Now download the Service Pack as u need. Here I download the Service Pack 1 Update, which is near about 133.93 MB.

Step 4
Rename the Service Pack file to XP-SP1.EXE (backup a copy before rename).

Step 5
Go to the Start menu (windows xp & 7) and Click Run & type the following command to extract the Service Pack:
C:\XP-SP1.EXE -U -X:C:\SP1106

Step 6
Again go to the Start menu (windows xp & 7) and Click Run & type the command:
C:\SP1106\update\update.exe -s:C:\WINXPSP1

Step 7
Click OK. Done

How to Create a Windows XP SP1 CD Bootable

Step 1
Download the following file:
You can download it from here

Step 2
Now extract file (xpboot.bin) in to the folder C:\XPBOOT

Step 3
Now start Nero Burning Rom.
  • Select File > New from the menu.
  • Select CD-ROM (Boot)
  • Select Image file from Source of boot image data
  • Set Kind of emulation: to No Emulation
  • Set Load segment of sectors (hex!): to 07C0
  • Set Number of loaded sectors: to 4
  • Press the Browse... button
Step 4
Select All Files (*.*) from File of type:
Locate boot.bin in the folder C:\XPBOOT

Step 5
Click ISO tab
Set File-/Directory length to ISO Level 1 (Max. of 11 = 8 + 3 chars)
Set Format to Mode 1
Set Character Set to ISO 9660
Check all Relax ISO Restrictions

Step 6
Click Label Tab
  • Select ISO9660 from the drop down box.
  • Enter the Volume Label as WB2PFRE_EN
  • Enter the System Identifier as WB2PFRE_EN
  • Enter the Volume Set as WB2PFRE_EN
  • Enter the Publisher as MICROSOFT CORPORATION
  • Enter the Data Preparer as MICROSOFT CORPORATION
  • Enter the Application as WB2PFRE_EN

* For Windows XP Professional OEM substitute WB2PFRE_EN with WXPOEM_EN
* For Windows XP Home OEM substitute WB2PFRE_EN with WXHOEM_EN

Step 7
Now click Burn tab
Check Write
Check Finalize CD (No further writing possible!)
Set Write Method to Disk-At-Once
Press New button

Step 8
Locate the folder C:\WINXPSP1
Select everything in the folder and drag it to the ISO compilation panel.
Click the Write CD Dialog button.

Step 9
Press Write. Your bootable disk is ready.

Warning: Be original and buy original.

How to Clear Unwanted Items From Add And Remove

I recommend to backup your registry (know how to do it here) or make sure that you have a restore point.

  1. Go to the Start menu (windows xp & 7) and Click Run & type regedit.
  2. Registry Editor will open.
  3. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstal

  4. Now delete any unwanted subkeys under Uninstall

Remember delete subkeys only. Otherwise your install program may be corrupt.

Can’t See Secure Sites? Know How to Fix it

Sometimes you cannot view Secure Websites (banks,online stores, payment gateway) with browsers such as Firefox, Internet Exploreretc.. There are many reasons why you would have this problem, and there are many methods for fixing it. Now you can Fix the problem with some easy coding.

Follow the steps:
  1. Open a new Notepad file
  2. Write the following lines (you can copy from here).

    regsvr32 SOFTPUB.DLL
    regsvr32 WINTRUST.DLL
    regsvr32 INITPKI.DLL
    regsvr32 dssenh.dll
    regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
    regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
    regsvr32 sccbase.dll
    regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
    regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll
  3. Now save it as securefix.bat
  4. Now double click the file and run it. It will fix your problem.
Tips : Check your system time and date correct or not. Sometimes it may also cause.

How to fix Broken Internet Explorer (IE)

Sometimes due to viruses, malware virus and adware Internet Explorer Broken. Lots of people don't know what to do now and running a repair install of the OS. Forget it and just try to do a repair on Internet Explorer (IE) instead.

Before editing or putting data into registry, make sure that you have a restore point or either create it first.

How to Repair:
1.  Go to the Start menu and Click Run & type regedit
3.  Select SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Active Setup > Installed Components > {89820200-ECBD-11cf- 8B85-00AA005B4383}

4.  Now right-click on IsInstalled in the right window and click Modify.
5.  Change the value from 1 to 0 in the value data box and click the Ok Button

6.  Now close the editor and reinstall Internet Explorer. You can download it from here

After reinstalling or restarting your computer if something goes wrong, you can restore your computer to an earlyer stage. Or restart your computer and press F8 and Select “Last Known Good Configuration (F8 Safe Mode)”. Then you can try it again, but this time carefully change the registry value.

Boot Your Windows xp and windows 7 Fast

Some computer takes to many times to Boot. Now you can speed up your windows boot. It’s very easy. Here are some steps to booting windows xp and 7 fast.
  1. Open a notepad file and type "del c:\windows\prefetch\ntosboot-*.* /q" (without the quotes) & save as ntosboot.bat in your c drive i.e. c:\
  2. Go to the Start menu and Click Run & type gpedit.msc
  3. Now a window is open call Local Group Policy Editor
  4. Double click Windows Settings under Computer Configuration and click on Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) option. Now double click on Shutdown in the right window.

  5. A new window is open call Shutdown Properties. Click the add button, and now select the Browse button (from Add a Script dialog box) and locate your ntosboot.bat file & click Open.

  6. Click OK, than Apply & OK once again to exit and save.
  7. Now open Device Manager. To open it goes to Start menu and Click Run & type devmgmt.msc.
  8. Now double click on IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
  9. Right click on Primary IDE Channel and select Properties.
  10. Select the Advanced Settings tab then on the device or 1 that doesn't have 'device type' greyed out select none instead of 'autodetect' & click the OK button.
  11. Right click on Secondary IDE channel, select Properties and repeat step 10.
  12. Now Restart your computer and enjoy the speed.

Sometimes Windows Task Manager may be lost. Its due to the virus. The viruses often infected your PC and disable many functions. And its create many problems.   1. Open Run (Press Start + R).
  2. Type gpedit.msc and hit enter.
  3. Now a windows named Local Group Policy Editor open.
  4. Click on Administrative Template under User Configuration.
  5. Now double click on System and then double click on Ctrl+Alt+Del Options.
  6. Double Click on Remove Task Manager.
  7. Now select Disable to activate Task Manager and hit OK button.
